Do guests need to download an app?
No. Guests scan the QR code or open the link, then upload photos from their phone browser.
Does it work on iPhone and Android?
Yes. Photos.io works in modern mobile browsers on iPhone, Android, tablets, and desktop.
Are photos uploaded at full quality?
Photos are optimized for reliable event uploads while keeping them large enough for sharing and printing.
Can guests upload videos too?
Photos.io currently supports photo uploads. Video support is planned for a future Pro release.
What if someone uploads something inappropriate?
Event hosts can delete any photo from the album. Uploaded photos also pass through moderation checks.
How do I download all the photos at the end?
Pro events include a bulk album download. Free events can browse the shared album and download photos individually.
Is there a guest limit?
No. The Free plan has no guest cap and includes up to 50 total photos. Pro supports unlimited guests and unlimited photos.
